U-Pick, Fair State Brewing Co-op I wasn’t sure I would be able to love anything nearly as much as my cat until this beer came into my life. It really was love at first sip. This beer tastes like REAL strawberries, with a tart funk that just won’t quit (and I don’t want it to). It’s the epitome of sweet and sour.
Flight Crew Cold Press IPA, 56 Brewing Ok, Ok… I know, a coffee IPA!?! This beer is a hodgepodge of two of my top 5 favorite things in life: Light Roast Coffee (especially from Ethiopia because of the awesome fruity flavors) and IPAs. If you’re like me and have great taste in coffee and beer I think you’ll enjoy this.
It Was All A Dream NE IPA, Headflyer You're kidding me right? Look at the name! I can't even look at this thing without humming the song to myself. Now look at the picture. That isn't photoshopped - it really looks like that. It's that fluffy. Now it's in Crowlers, I can finally stock up on the stuff!
Imperial Milk Stout, Day Block The name makes sense really. Imperial = Strong. Milk Stout = Easy-drinking. And it delivers. Really easy drinking, with the light, encouraging texture of a milk stout, with the complex, rich flavors of a much bigger, larger beer. Just, nice.
King Boreas Cream Ale, Tin Whiskers In 1885 a few East Coast reporters called Saint Paul - 'another Siberia, unfit for human habitation'. A bunch of locals created the Saint Paul Winter Carnival in retaliation, attracting over 250,000 visitors annually. This year's Super Bowl brought an estimated one million visitors to the Cities. Tin Whiskers brews this exclusively King Boreas and the Carnival. It tastes like... Victory.
U-Pick, Fair State Brewing Co-op How is this still around? I would've thought it sold out in a day. Anyway. Whatever @thebasicbeerbitch said.
